Gem Mining can be a fun activity on your family vacation. Kiddos become make believe prospectors from the 1800's and mine for gem stones and gold that they can keep!

Fish Pond
Your tiny adventurers will love our catch and release fish pond. Grab a rod and some bait and let 'em give it try. Or maybe your little one would rather just feed the fishies? Either way it's loads of fun.

30 Minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge
From the intersection of Hwy 515 and Hwy 5/Blue Ridge Drive in Blue Ridge, GA:
Head north on Hwy 5/Blue Ridge Drive towards McCaysville, GA. Travel 7 miles, then turn left onto Old Hwy 5, Abernathy's Furniture will be on the left. In .4 miles take 2nd right onto Madola Road and follow it to the end, about 4 miles. Turn left onto Mobile Road, and very quickly take the first right onto Macedonia Church Road. In 1.5 miles, bear left onto Hell's Hollow Road. In .62 miles you'll see the Hell's Hollow Adventure Outpost sign on your left. Turn left onto the dirt road that will lead you 1/4 mile to the Outpost.
